1.    Three face carbide cutting tools special features:

(1)    Good wear-off capacity and angel standard;

The wear resistance of three face carbide cutting tools is one time higher than welded carbide router bits.  

(2)    Long workable length and much better cost performance:

The overall length of three face carbide cutting tools is 80MM;

And the workable length is 2-3 times longer than other carbide router bits with 50mm overall length;

  Marble, bluestone, medium-hard granite, etc;

3.    Three face carbide cutting tools feedback:

(1)    For 3CM small characters, three face carbide cutting tools can carve hundreds of letters on China Black granite, Mongolia Black granite. (There may be some difference because of customers' various engraving settings and stone artwork.)

(2)    For super-hard granite materials (Indian Red etc.), carving dozens of letters is no problem;

4.    Warm Notice:

(1)    The material of three face carbide cutting tools is very hard and little fragile, so ASTECH usually grind big degree (≥90°) three face cutting tools!

(2)    Integrated three face carbide cutting tools are long lasting, and can be re-sharpened multiple times;

(3)    If you don't have a sharper grinding machine, this three face carbide cutting tools are not recommended!

(4)    Besides three face carbide cutting tools, carbide cutter and solid carbide tools are also available in carbide router bits series;
