CNC Router Precautions For Use
(Ⅰ)
CNC router precautions for use are as below:
1. Environment must meet PC working requirement;
2. CNC router precautions for use demand 220V (or 380V) supply voltage!
(1) If the power supply is not so stable or there're strong powered equipments around the working environment, be sure to use regulated power supply;
(2) Usually, the power of regulated power supply is more than 2KW, and weight more than 15KG;
3. Cnc router precautions for use require power supply has good grounding; or make a connection between the machine shell and grounded conductor (such as water pipe, metal door, ground wire installed by yourself, etc);
4. Be safety while using cnc router!

(1) Using cnc router machine as the directions & precautions;

(3) Contact cnc router supplier timely if cnc engraver has a fault;
5. CNC machine precautions for use also ask for strengthening the maintenance:
After each use, clean up the cnc router carefully (such as lubricate guide rails, clean dust, etc);
6. CNC router spindle:
As one of the most important parts, cnc router precautions for use has high requirement as below:
(1) Must keep water circulation while motor is running;
(2) Add moderate preservative;
(3) If cnc router motor doesn't run or with uneven rotate speed, please cut off the electricity without delay, and contact with cnc router supplier timely;
(4) Warm note:
Don't power up if the cnc router motor is stalling, or else the longitude circle will be burned up at once;
7. Chuck protection:
(1) The motor chuck and route bits are fixed by metal friction;
(2) If long time no demolition or coolant corrodes, it will cause difficult removal;
To avoid this situation, please add some engine oil on engraver tool while installing;
8. Don't add coolant while cutting:
If add, it will severely affects chips discharge, then cause router bits broken;
9. CNC router precautions of use on protection power supply:
The time interval of repeated starting should be more than 30 seconds;
10. Fan maintenance:
Please clean the dust and dirt in the fan regularly;
