    CNC Router Operation Precautions

    (Ⅳ)

     

    1.    CNC router operation precautions for operator:

    (1)    CNC router operator must be trained strictly and meet practice requirements;  

    (2)    Cnc machine is operated according to cnc router operating precautions and guide;

    (3)    Note: be more careful to the safety of people and machine;

     

    2.    Cnc router operation precautions for running & installing mill bits:

    (1)  Ensure to open the cooling water pump while running;

    And, check regularly if cnc router spindle is overheating;

     

    (2)  While installing cnc router bits:

    ①   First, insert router collet into screw nut;

    ②   Then, insert router bit into the collet;

    ③   At last, tighten the screw nut;

    ④   Or else, it is noisy and easy to be broken;

     

    3.    CNC router operation precautions on replacing:

    (1)  Replace cnc router tools:

    ①   Don't use too much force while changing;

    Tighten the collet are appropriate;

    ②   Must with suitable collet adapter accordingly;

    The collet adapter must be cleaned before installed cnc cutter and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the adapter;

     

    (2)  Replace cnc router spindle:

    After changed, should with correct rotation direction;

     

    (3)  After reinstalling NC Studio control system (WeiHong Control System):

    ①    Set correct parameters;

    ②    Adjust spindle to suitable rotating speed;

    Usually the rotation speed is 24000r/m; 

    4.   CNC router operation precautions on maintenance:

    (1)  Please clean regularly;

    (2)  Keep no debris and sundries in cnc router rails (ball screw and linear guide rails);

    (3)  After each use, clean cnc router rails by 20# engine oil;

    If have automatically lubricators, double-click it after start every day;

    (4)  While carrying the router machine, especially for long distance, it must be guide by professional;

     

    5.    CNC router operation precautions on warm notice:

    (1)  Make spindle breaks two-hour every day;

    (2)  Don't use the machine in extreme heat, cold, dust or humidity situation,

    10°C-30°C temperature is preferred;

    (3)  If cnc router appear any abnormal situation, please don't dismantle, repair and transform privately, in order to avoid man-made damage;

    (4)  Don't plus and remove cable, cards and electrical parts under the condition of electrification;

    (5)  While processing combustible materials (such as organic materials), the working site must be taken effective fire prevention;
