    How to solve the problem of spindle stop?

    The suggestions are as below:

     

    If cnc router always works well, but spindle stops suddenly:

    1.    First, check if the cnc spindle is stuck:

    (1)  If so, please restart cnc machine, then router spindle will return to normal;

    (2)  If still appear spindle stop situation, please:

    ①   Check motor power, and tighten the loose plug;

    ②   Check if the connections of each power and cnc router parts are good;

    If not, reconnect them;

     

    2.    If still have the problem of spindle stop:

    (1)  To inverter:

    ①   There are some mistakes in parameter setting or due to the self-malfunction;

    ②   Caused by smaller inverter power:

    Should select cnc inverter in bigger level;

    ③   Especially to new cnc router machine, spindle stop most occurs in the setting of inverter parameter. As different cnc router manufacturers are with different inverter brands, so it's better to ask the cnc router manufacturer for the parameter setting;

    (2)  Check whether cnc router spindle has internal short circuit;

    (3)  If current is shielding;

    (4)  The control card has a failure;

    (5)  Spindle wire or the data cable happens circuit short situation;

    (6)  Check if insulation grade of cnc router motor could satisfy the requirement;

    (7)  Whether the output is disconnected, or motor cable is damaged;

    (8)  Speed up overflow:

    The acceleration time is too short, so prolong it appropriately; 

    (9)  To V/F curve:

    ①      Reduce V/F offset value appropriately;

    ②      To select the perfect V/F curve, please adjust it according to the real loading condition;  

     

    (10)         Re-start the rotating cnc motor, after cnc spindle motor stopped completely, start it again;

    (11)         Spindle stop because overloaded:

    Please reduce the load;

       

    3.    Spindle stop also has a lot to do with the damage of cutting bit and poor router specification;
