    Solution to Spindle Problem

    (Ⅱ)

     

    1.  First common spindle problem –

         CNC spindle sometimes works, sometimes stops rotating:

    (1)  By using multimeter, check carefully if spindle connection has faulty soldering;

    (2)  Check if NC Studio control card and data cable are firmly connected to distribution box interface;

    (3)  Check whether there are any looseness on the output line of spindle converter;

    (4)  If converter or Weihong control card has fault, please contact cnc router manufacturer to replace or repair;

     

    2.    Second common spindle problem -

     a)   CNC Router appears synchronizing error after abnormal noise;

     b)   CNC machine stops working;

     c)   Router spindle stops rotating;

     d)   The same spindle problem happened after restart cnc router machine:

     

    (1)  Check that there is no clash of foreign matters and jamming in the moving parts;

    (2)  To driver:

    a)  Check if power supply is normal;

    b)  If the signal wire has good connection; 

    c)  If cnc router driver has its own problem, please change it;

    (3)  If the connecting line of spindle motor has short circuit, please change motor wiring;

    (4)  Examine carefully:

    a)  Spindle motor line by unplugging;

    b)  Whether there is leakage in the motor spindle;

    c)  Sometimes, the static electricity after spindle rotating also has such spindle problem;

    d)  So, please change cnc router spindle and motor line if have problems as above;

     

    (5)  Signal disturbance or high voltage interference may also cause spindle problem:

    Please check:

    a)  If there is high electromagnetic influence or strong current influence around;

    b)  Whether cnc router engraver is a good grounding;

    (6)  Check if router bits had been broken:

    Replace with new and better cnc tools accordingly;

     

    3.    Third common spindle problem –

    CNC spindle stops rotating or inverts:

    (1)  Check converter parameter setting;

    (2)  If the converter signal wire is reverse;

    Please exchange any two wires on the spindle converter, which connected with the spindle motor;

    (3)  Check whether converter stays in good contact with the control box wire;

    (4)  In good and complete connection, if the cnc motor doesn't work, it should have been broken;
