How to Extend CNC Machine Life
CNC machine is high accurate CNC equipment, so cnc router maintenance and care is very important. If we want to extend cnc machine life, we have to take good care of it!
1. Use regulation to extend cnc machine life:
(1) Keep working time less than 10 hours every day;
(2) Ensure water pump works normal;
Water shortage is forbidden;
(3) Use clean cooling water;
(4) We should change cooling water continuously and regularly; thus water temperature won't be so high;
(5) In cold winter, if ambient temperature is very low, please change cooling water into antifreeze;
2. Good maintenance to extend cnc machine life:
(1) After each use, remember to clean up cnc router machine;
Such as clean dust on the working table;
(2) Lubricate:
Lubricate transmission system regularly;
(3) Replace:
Replace router bits in time;
Because broken bit or wearing diamond drilling tools will affect machine performance;
