CNC Machine Installation
CNC machine is usually of large size. For convenience, we dismantle cnc router and delivery it in pieces. So it is very important to master correct method of CNC machine installation, and realize good use condition effectively and rapidly.
Let's start!
1. First step of cnc machine installation -
Place router machine:
After arrival, open the packing and take down cnc router machine.
Place machine in a horizontal position.
Note: please avoid knock during placing;
2. Second step of cnc machine installation -
Connect mechanical subject and control cabinet:
(1) Connect control cable port of the machine main body to the control box;
(2) Insert the machine plug into standard power supply;
3. Third step of cnc machine installation -
Connect control cabinet and computer:
(1) To data line:
Connect one end to data signal input port of control box;
Insert the other end to the computer;
(2) To power line:
Link one end to the power supply of control-box;
Insert the other end to standard power socket;
4. Fourth step of CNC machine installation -
Install cnc tools toward the bottom of cnc spindle through router collets;
(1) First, put a sizeable router collet into the taper hole of router spindle;
(2) Then, put the metal router bit into collet's mesopore;
(3) Lock compressed groove of spindle neck by a random small wrench, which makes spindle could not turn;
(4) And then, revolve screw nut counterclockwise by a large wrench;
(5) Finally, tighten downcut end mill;
5. Fifth step of CNC machine installation -
Open computer, set up driver and application software accordingly;
(See the user manual or CD introduction for details)
6. Sixth step of cnc machine installation -
After installed driver, set parameters and check whether:
(1) The running direction is correct;
(2) The travel is accurate;
7. Environment demand to cnc machine installation:
(1) Ambient humidity:
Between zero degree and forty degree in operation;
(2) Relative humidity:
Maximum 75%, with no condensation;
(3) Stop or during transportation:
While temperature below zero, release liquid inside water cooling spindle;
Actually, cnc machine installation is very simple. Once we master right way on installation and cnc router maintenance, we can make full use of cnc machine.
