Precautions Before CNC Router Setup
Experts say cnc machine should note not only series precautions in use, but also before CNC router setup.
Precautions before cnc router setup are:
1. Environmental requirements:
Before cnc router setup, make sure:
(1) There is no thunder and lightning;
(2) The ground is dry and safe;
(3) Voltage is stable;
(4) Don't install power socket in wet places;
(5) Don't touch uninsulated wire;
2. Power supply demand:
(1) If power supply is not stable or there is high-power electric equipment around, please install voltage stabilizer or regulated power supply with technical guidance from professionals;
(2) Cnc machine and control cabinet must have ground connection;
(3) Don't insert data cable under power;
3. Operator requirements on cnc router setup:
(1) Cnc router operators have to undergo strict training and examination,
And run strictly according to operating rules;
(2) Don't wear gloves to work;
(3) It's better to wear protective eyewear, which protect eyes from sparking harm;
4. Parts installation precautions on cnc router setup:
Machine body itself is steel structure, and the gantry parts are aviation aluminum casting; so to such relatively soft materials, we should not tightening screws too hard, in case sliding;
5. Router bits cautions on cnc router setup:
(1) Cnc router tools should be in good installation and clamping;
(2) Keep metal cutting bits sharp always;
Blunt router bit will deteriorate engraving quality, and make motor overload;
6. Other notice on cnc machine setup:
(1) Don't insert your finger into work space;
(2) Don't remove engraving heads for other usage;
(3) Don't exceed processing areas;
(4) If disuse for long time, do remember to cut off power, in case anyone gets hurt because of carelessness;
(5) While removing cnc engraver, should be under the guidance of professionals;
(6) If occur abnormal situation, please refer to the instruction manual or contact with cnc router manufacturer directly and timely, so as not to cause artificial damage;
