Importance of Ground Wire Installation

Ground wire installation is very important for machine and operator.

If not install ground wire, it may cause the following situations:

1. First case before ground wire installation -

Static electricity:

(1) Happen a static electric beaters phenomenon while touching routing machines;

(2) If electrostatic is too large, it may result in overlap dislocation of CNC sample, or cnc machine lose step;

(3) While earth-leakage, it will injure staff;

2. Second situation without ground wire installation -

While working, errors like “Reading Card Error”, “File beyond the Scope”, may occur;

3. Third case if no ground wire installation -

Burn out DSP mainboard, causing cnc engraver cannot read card;

4. Fourth situation before ground wire installation -

Burn off the interface card, causing cnc router unable to work;

5. Fifth cause without ground wire installation -

Burn out inverter CMOS, lead to cnc router spindle and ball end mill cannot work properly;
