    CNC Machine Control System

    CNC Machine Control System

     

    So far there are mainly two CNC machine control system: NcStudio control system and DSP cnc control. The two control system both need to lead by computer.

     

    And, what is the difference between the two cnc machine control system?

     

    1.    DSP control system:

    (1)  This cnc machine control system is also called handle control system.

    (2)  In practical application, DSP control system also need computer for auxiliary control.

    (3)  The main process is:

    First, make tool path in the computer;

    Then, save the tool path into U disk;

    Next, insert U disk into DSP handle.

    And then, find and read the file need to process in U disk;

    At last, output or control cnc router by DSP handle, which connected with machine.

    (Including: define tool path origin, adjust cnc tools, etc.)

    (4)  This cnc machine control system is very simple and convenient, especially when machine works outsides.  

    (5)  Usually, good wood router and cnc stone router use such control system.

     

    2.    NcStudio control system:

    (1)  This cnc machine control system is known as computer control system.

    By definition, cnc engraving machine is mainly controlled by computer during work.

    (2)  The main process is:

    First, make tool path in computer;

    Then, connect computer and engraver by NcStudio data link;

    Next, computer as output device, will output or control cnc cutting machine to work.

    (3)  Usually CNC advertising machine adopt such cnc machine control system.

     

    3.    Compare with the two control system, NcStudio control system, which is controlled by computer, is more widely used. Relative speaking, it is more convenient, and can trial work just connect cnc machine.

    But to DSP handle control system, although operation is very simple, it is not convenient to amend.

     

    But, no matter for which cnc machine control system, both had brought convenience to us! We believe that, cnc router will have long-term development.
