Cnc machine body, can be roughly divided into two types: welded type and cast iron tye.
1. Welded cnc machine body:
(1) This CNC machine body features flexible, simple technology and moderate price.
(2) The disadvantage is that the technology of removing stress is more complicated.
Therefore, there are individual manufacturers using cnc machine body directly, without removing stress. This will cause deformation of cnc router bed, reduce cnc machine precision, and affect the normal use of router bits, spindle, motor, etc.
(3) Many cnc router manufacturers remove the stress by high temperature.
2. Cast iron cnc machine body:
(1) It is casting shaping at a time, not easy to deform.
(2) Trivial casting technique and unique nature of casting industry, decides cast iron cnc machine body is expensive.
Poor cost performance ratio is the irreconcilable bottleneck problem of cast iron cnc lathe bed.
Welded cnc machine bed is produced in the certain process requirement.
Compared with cast iron cnc machine body, the quality of welded cnc router body is better.
