5 Cautions in CNC Router Stepper Motor

Superhigh cost performance ratio decides the wide use of cnc router stepper motor.

During use, we should pay attention to cnc router motor in 5 aspects.

1. Cnc router stepper motor should tie together driver subdividing operation.

Don't run cnc router stepper motor under synchronizing state, or else the vibration is maximum.

2. While processing relief or embossment, it is better not adjust stone cnc router speed too fast.

Cnc router stepper motor can work stable in low speed.

Otherwise, too fast speed may lead to motor traveling then cause offset.

3. While selecting size and type of cnc router stepper motor, make sure that the work capacity is greater than rotating load.

4. Usually in high-speed or great inertia loading, cnc router stepper motor don't start from work speed, but upconvert speed up gradually.

Then, cnc machine stepper motor won't lose step, can also reduce cnc noise and improve stopped positioning precision.

5. When have higher accuracy requirement, we can realize by:

(1) Mechanical slow down;

(2) Increase motor speed;

(3) Adopt high-subdivision driver;

(4) Use 5-phase motor.
