We can understand this tool life formula as below:
1. T - tool durability;
2. V, f, ap - cutting speed, feeding, and cutting depth.
3. CT - durability factor. It relates to woodworking router bits, work piece materials and cutting conditions.
4. X, Y, Z - respectively means impact degree to endurance. It is confirmed by test.
Among the tool life formula, the most influential parameter is cutting speed.
