Why CNC Tools Slip

Why CNC Tools Slip?

Why CNC tools slip?

First, let us know what is the slipping of cnc cutting bits.

Cnc tools slip is the phenomenon that, sometimes the solid carbide tools can touch and penetrate workpiece in processing, but sometimes could not.

It causes the machined surface appears obvious grains, thus affecting machining performance.

The main reason for CNC tools slip is:

When the engagement of cnc pcb drill bits is very small, the cnc cutting edge cannot but be supposed to touch and cut materials because of cutting tool vibration. As a result, the second blade is with too deep cutting depth, resulting in deformation increase of downcut cutters. This deformation will produce a new slip. Then the cycle continues.
