What should we note in CNC machine process?

1. When just began cnc machine operating, and ball end mill close to work piece, we should pay attention to reduce or pause the movement speed.

2. Observe the condition of woodworking router bits carefully.

3. In cnc machine process, we should note that:

(1) Keep good cooling state.

4. After machining, check whether the main dimension reaches the manufacturing requirements.

Then we can remove router bit, work piece and collet fixture, etc.
