How can we know CNC tool bits are in severe abrasion?

1. By processing sound -

Have a harsh trumpeting call.

2. Listen to the spindle voice -

Appear obvious choking phenomenon.

3. During machining, estimate whether engraver tool in badly wear through machine movement -

If the setting, such as milling data, manufacturing parameters are reasonable, but numerical control milling machine exists big vibration with a droning sound.

At that time, we can confirm cnc tool bits are in sharp wear friction.

4. To observe the processing effect -

(1) To the finished surface:

① There is a significant worsening.

② The tool mark is mixed with good and bad.

If have such situation in the beginning, it means the carving depth is too deep.

(2) The work piece size is out of tolerance range.

5. The carbide cutting bits burst into flames -

With the status of increasing cutting force, rising temperature, and changing cutting color.

To the CNC tool bits, which are frayed very heavily, we should replace timely. Or else, will influence ogee bit, product quality and cnc router.
