4 Cautions of CNC Machine Carving Bits

What are the operation notices of CNC machine carving bits?
Today we continue to introduce as below:
1. Produce high temperature during cutting process:
(1) Don't touch finished cnc router cutters and work piece directly, avoiding the risk of being burnt;
(2) Use safety guard to protect eyes;
(3) Stop cnc wood engraving machine while removing scraps, put on gloves and use plier, clamp, and so on.
2. It will create sparks, breakage, heat, and chips because of severe friction to cnc machine carving bits.
All these may pose a fire risk.
(1) Take precautions against fire when using water insoluble or oily cutting fluid;
(2) Apply protection devices, such as safety glasses.
3. Poor balance performance of router collets may take place vibration or flutter in high-speed machining, resulting in breakup of cnc machine cutting bits and lead to dangerous situation.
A test run is necessary to make sure there is no abnormal sound.
4. Touch work piece burrs directly, leading to injury.
Wear gloves or some other protections, instead of direct handing.
