Recently, many people consult the use of MDF router bit. To the same end mill tool, why some take much shorter using time than others?

What should we pay attention?

1. Speed:

Usually, tool breakage is not caused by fast or slow rate, but:

(1) Some MDF have too many impurities;

(2) Poor quality of mdf router bit;

(3) Mostly lead from high temperature.

We should know that "drill wood to make fires" in ancient times.

So, the cnc cutting speed should not be too slow. Or else, smoking even catch fair may result in the mill bits breakup.

Hot quenching will reduce rigidity. And the panel will become black paste after processing.

4m machining speed is suggestible.

2. Spindle rotation rate:

It is for the same reason as above.

The MDF itself is not very hard, and it is helpless to increase the revolving rate.

In addition, it will create high heat with big sound.

Generally, to 2.2KW spindle, 15000 RPM is suitable and enough.
