What item should notice when bond acrylic on CNC router?

1. All adhesives can corrode the surface of acrylic sheet, and leave the mark, which is difficult to remove.

So we could post adhesive sticker to protect the position, where is no need to bond.

2. Grease, dust, or pores must be cleared away before adhesion, or will interfere coating evenly and leave air bubble.

3. If the amount of binding material is too little, the air will be absorbed while contracting;

4. Avoid blowing directly.

Otherwise, the edge of bond area will turn white because the binding element volatilize quickly;

5. Before completely solidified, make sure the sun does not directly shine for a long time.

Or else, it will exhibit different degree of yellowing, and severely affect the appearance.
