4 Environmental Factors Affecting Machine
To improve machine precision and prolong lifetime, besides careful cnc router maintenance like spindle maintenance, environmental factors are also very important!
There are 4 environmental factors affecting machine:
1. First of environmental factors affecting machine -
Power supply:
(1) Power source is the most direct impact on processing;
(2) It mainly showed control system disorders;
(3) To machine control system, all electronic device or functional components have certain range of voltage and frequency. The overload running of any parts will cause instability of the whole system;
The most common phenomena is deviation process;
2. Second of environmental factors affecting machine -
Vibration:
(1) It mainly appears as:
CNC PCB Drill Bits are broken frequently;
Finished surface is unsmooth;
(2) The main reasons are:
① Touch cnc engraver during machining;
② Installation levelness is unqualified;
③ There is punching machine around;
3. Third of environmental factors affecting machine -
Ambient temperature and humidity:
(1) It mainly influences property of control system and drive motor;
(2) While environmental temperature is too high, such as over 40 degrees, control system may appear error-control, and driver torque of motor may not reach rated value;
(3) Don't have quite difference between temperature and humidity;
4. Fourth of environmental factors affecting machine -
Dust:
(1) Dust is a big killer of electronic components;
(2) Dust mainly affects heat dissipation of electronic components and sensor sensitivity;
(3) Common phenomena includes: optical failure, CPU fan doesn't work, etc;
(4) So, we should regularly clean dust inside computer and control panel, to ensure cnc machine can work properly;
