9 Precautions of CNC Cutting Bits

What should we pay attention to the CNC cutting bits?

Professionals suggest as below:

1. Demands for operator in cnc cutting bits:

(1) While programming, the feeding should be flexible every time.

(2) Operating personnel should wear suitable protective equipment.

(3) Stay away from the work piece while machining.

2. Cautions of cnc cutting bits in router bits:

(1) Check if the blade of sintered cutters is welded firmly.

(2) Whether the cutting edge cracks, or has some other abnormal phenomena.

3. Notice of cnc machine bits while installing ball nose end mill:

(1) Ensure cutting direction is consistent with spindle running direction.

Or else, will cause blade collapses and accidents.

(2) While revolving, the tool-tip of flute tools should touch processing material.

(3) Ensure good connection between tool holder and chuck.

(4) The shank of cnc cutting bits should be fully inserted into router collets, and tighten firmly.

When find the contacting trace is uneven or have groove, it shows the slippage and deformation of collet inner core.

We need to replace a new one immediately.

(5) Must be handled with care.

4. Attention of cnc cutting bits to work piece:

Fastened tightly!
