CNC Machine Image Processing

CNC machine image processing is a headache for many customers.

Therefore, many cnc router manufacturers add image process function to the software.

Cnc machine image processing includes image contrast, brightness, threshold, invert, grayscale conversion, etc.

1. Image contrast of cnc machine image processing:

(1) It represents the extent of black-and-white strength gap.

(2) The stronger contrast, the more clear distinction is between black and white.

(3) It doesn't mean stronger contrast the better.

Sometimes too high contrast will reduce the sense of layers;

2. Image brightness of cnc machine image processing:

We can adjust brightness by dragging the slider, and the adjustment changes with the move of slider;

3. Threshold of cnc machine image processing:

(1) Threshold processing is to separate image target and background, then turn multivalued image into binary image;

(2) By setting threshold, change pixel into different color:

① If brightness greater than setting value: change pixel into white color;

② If less: change pixel into black color;

4. Invert is changing image color into its complementary color;

The effect is like negative;

5. Grayscale conversion is to convert color mode into gray-scale mode, which is like black and white photograph;

With many above function, cnc machine image processing is much easier and more convenient!

To improve cnc efficiency, cnc router should also select suitable router bits, high configuration, and so on.
