CNC Router Non-alarm Fault

When occur CNC router non-alarm fault, we can analyze from the following aspects.

1. First cause of cnc router non-alarm fault -

Repeated cnc machine precision is not enough.

Please check whether the connection between motor shaft and ball screw is loose.

If yes, tighten the screw.

2. Second analysis on cnc router non-alarm fault -

Computer is running but cnc router is not moving.

Examine the connector between computer control card and electrical box is flexible.

If loose, insert tightly and tighten set screws.

3. Third side leads to CNC router non-alarm fault -

Cnc machine could not find signal while returning to mechanical origin, because of the malfunction of approach switch in original place.
