    CNC Router Operation Cautions

    (Ⅱ)

     

    As we know, CNC router operation cautions are very important! Once we know & really do, CNC router machine can serve best!

     

    Here, cnc router manufacturer has given professional CNC router operation cautions as below:

     

    1.    Please operate strictly according to training requirements & instruction book, especially the cnc router operation cautions;

     

    2.    CNC router operation cautions to power supply & power line:

    (1)  Prohibited the use of power supply, which is not accordant to rated voltage;

    (2)  To original power line:

    ①   Don't damage or change at random;

    ②   Don't overbending or hauling forcefully;

    ③   Don't bind or put under heavy things;

     

    3.    CNC Router operation cautions have to know before running:

    (1)  To cnc router machine:

    ①      The working size cannot exceed prescribed limit;

    ②   No-intensity & No-overload work!

     

    (2)  To cnc router operator:

    Forbidden to wear gloves while working;

     

    4.    CNC router cautions on operation sequence:

    (1)  According to different materials and actual processing depth, please select suitable cnc router bits, and set right feeding speed;

     

    (2)  After installation, please run cnc router spindle first, and observe the rotating direction:

    If the rotating direction is inverted, stop the machine, and turn off the power;

    Exchange two wires of UVW terminal in transducer;

     

    (3)  Then position Z axis and start to run cnc engraver;

    (4)  Warm notice: CNC router motor cannot be reversal;

     

    5.    Cnc router operation cautions while running:

    (1)  Don't touch end mill tool and other main spare parts;

    (2)  While cnc router spindle is working, must guarantee:

    ①   Water pipe is fixable and reliable;

    ②   Water sources is clean;

    ③   Water stream is smooth;

    Or else, cnc router motor is broken easily caused by leaking or water-off;

    ④   Change timely if water pipe aging;

    ⑤   To coolant, could use emulsions or 10# machine oil;

     

    (3)  Keep the bucket with water pump inside covered, so there won't debris fall into the water caused by blockage (on water pipe and CNC router spindle);

    (4)  No water infiltration or falling into metal objects;

    (5)  Don't use the cnc machine if any case of abnormal conditions: such as appears smoke, become smelly, noisy, etc;

     

    6.    CNC router operation cautions after use:

    (1)  After each use, clean the dust and cutting chips timely;

    (2)  Lubricate guide rails (ball screw, gear rack) regularly;

    (3)  Don't clean the spare parts and PC keyboard by corrosive liquid; 

    (4)  To ball screw cnc router with working area bigger than 120*240cm, please put the gantry in the middle after using and cleaning, so it won't affect concentricity and precision if the ball screw naturally falls;
