    Correct CNC Machine Operation

    - NCStudio System

     

    Safe and correct CNC machine operation, not only can produce faster and higher efficiently, but also extend cnc machine life, save much time and cost for daily cnc router maintenance.

     

    Correct cnc router operation advised is:

     

    1.   First step on cnc machine operation -

    Check if workpiece fixed firmly, or will lead to misplace;

    (1)  To avoid trouble caused by misplace, we must check carefully.

    (2)  To cnc router with vacuum adsorption, make sure suction hole of vacuum pump is open;

    (3)  To cnc router with ordinary clamping way, make sure presspure plate and screw nut are well fastened;

     

    2.   Second step on cnc machine operation -

    (1)  Make sure all the connection between cnc engraver and computer is good;

    (2)  Open power supply of machine and computer;

    (3)  After startup, access to NCStudio control system;

     

    3.   Third step on cnc machine operation -

    (1)  After open NC Sdudio control system, select menu "return mechanical origin";

    Then, cnc router machine will return mechanical origin automatically, and correct system coordinates;

    (2)  In some cases, such as normal power down last time, we can continue the last operation after restart, so operators no need to do mechanical reset operation.

    (3)  When exit normally, NCStudio system will save present coordinate information;

    (4)  Besides, if user confirm current location, can also not do this action;

     

    4.   Fourth step on cnc machine operation -

    Determine part orgin:

    (1)  Walk X-axis and Y-axis manually to origin position you want,

    Select menu: set current point as workpiece origin;

    (2)  Or, reset current position at coordinate window;

    Then will process from current position as the starting point;

     

    5.   Fifth step on cnc machine operation -

    Load processing program:

    (1)  Before processing, operator usually load needed workpiece program; or the function related to automatic processing is invalid;

    (2)  Select menu"F (File) ", "O (Open)".., will pop up windows stardard dialog box for file operation;

    We can select and open driver, path or file name that the file are in;

    (3)  After click "Open" button, workprogram will be loaded into system;

     

    6.   Sixth step on cnc machine operation -

    Check machining program:

    Whether it is the same to the program customer demanded.

    If the sample is not eligible just because one small failure, such as one letter, such a mistake is low-level;

     

    7.   Seventh step on cnc machine operation -

    Simulate program to be processed, make sure machining is accurate;

     

    8.   Warm notice on cnc machine operation -

    (1)  While processing, don't leave cnc machine for long time;

    (2)  When router bits are broken or have any other abnormal situation, pause or stop cnc router timely;
