Correct CNC Router Operation

CNC router operation is simple. Compared with artificial carving, cnc router saves time, worry, power and money! In use process, one person can complete entire procedure.
So what is the correct cnc machine operation?
1. First procedure on cnc router operation -
Startup:
(1) Open power switch, indicator light will be bright;
(2) Cnc router first get down to reset self-check operation:
X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis will return to zero, then each run to initial position (machine initial origin) in standby status;
(3) Using DSP handle control system, adjust X, Y and Z axis independently, and aim at the start location for work(process origin);
(4) To cnc spindle speed: we should select feed speed more appropriately, and make cnc engraver in standby state;
2. Second procedure on cnc router operation -
Main operation procedure:
(1) Editing file in design software:
Edit right file according to customer's demand and design requirements, which is the premise of correct cnc router operation.
(2) Output path:
After calculating path, save path into different files;
Path: CNC tools motion path;
(3) Lead-in DSP handle:
After check, save the file into a U disk;
Then insert the U disk into the USB port of DSP handle;
(4) Fix processing materials firmly, and adjust cnc spindle in good condition;
(5) Open the file from DSP handle, and run it;
Cnc machine will complete automatically;
3. Third procedure on cnc router operation -
End up:
After finished, cnc router machine will lift PCB milling cutters automatically, and run to above the starting point;
