How to Adjust CNC Engraving Tool Bits

In the Situation of Wear & Breakage

In stone carving process, tool wear and breakage are inevitable.

It is easy to regulate the wear of cnc engraving tool bits. Just fine-tune Z-axis coordinate to compensate fast in control system.

If tool break up happen, the operation is relatively troublesome. We suggest the steps as below:

1. Stop spindle timely, and move the head to the position, where is convenient to change cnc router tools;

2. Replace with new cnc engraving tool bits; move tool nose to stone surface, and re-check the zero point coordinate in z axis;

3. And then, see the current segment number: X displaying in software;

4. Continue machining by "Senior Start" function:

(1) There is an option: "OutputStartLine";

(2) Input a number before X in it.

Because when we found cnc router engraving tool is broken, the procedure have begun to the next section.

Usually just minus a few figures is ok;

5. Click OK to keep working.
