After determined workpiece thickness, cutter diameter and centerbore, profile height reflects intensity and rigidity of 3 flute end mill, and also bearing capacity to cutting resistance.
So, profile height must be limited, to guarantee usage security.
(5) To assembled milling cutter, clamping way must be considered when design cutter body.
Clamping system must ensure enough clamp force to resist rotary centrifugal force.
