How to Create 3D Word Effect

How can we create 3D word effect?

Just meet two conditions.

1. First item to do 3d word effect -

Make tool path into single line.

The bigger angle of cnc tools, the deeper engraving depth.

Then it is easier to make single-line, and realize 3d word effect.

2. Second condition to achieve 3d word effect -

When we make tool path, the metal router bit we selected should not have much difference in solid carbide cutters we actually used.

It should control within 10 degrees.

If there is much different, 3d cnc letters will be out of shape and ugly.

Try to create 3D word effect with above method. We believe you will get a big surprise!
