How to Install DSP Handle

There are two cnc machine control system, one is NcStudio system controlled by computer, the other one is DSP handle control.

How to install DSP?

Today, cnc router manufacturer introduce DSP installation as below:

1. First step to install dsp -

Driver installation.

(1) Before installing driver, please copy the file "DSP operating system" into D disk of computer.

(2) Then, connect computer and DSP handle with USB transmission line.

(3) Now, system will prompt that: "Find new hardware", and popup window "Find New Hardware Wizard".

Click and select "No, not now".

(4) Click "Next", then click and select "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)".

(5) Click "Next", choose "Include this location in the search".

And then click "Browse" at sides, find the file "Handle USB driver", which just copied into D disk of computer.

Click OK to go back.

(6) Now, click "Next" and then click "Next", until appear "Finish".

(7) Click "Finish" to end the entire installation of USB driver.

2. Second step to install DSP -

Make machine interface board pass an electric current.

3. Connect DSP handle and interface by data line.

4. Again, energize interface board, and set the parameters as below:

(1) CNC pulse equivalent.

(2) Operating range of three axis: X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis.

(3) Returns to zero setting.

(4) Three axis speed and grid.

(5) Motor direction of 3 axis.

At last, run cnc router (such as spindle, solid carbide end mills) by DSP handle smoothly according to your demand!
