How to Solve Touch Limit Switch
Normally, touch limit switch means routing machines had moved to limiting position. For protecting, cnc router will stop automatically.
So, how to solve touch limit switch?
1. Just click "limit switch release" on the action menu, and run cnc machine in opposite direction. Then can solve the problem of touching limit switch.
This function just shields limit switch temporarily, which is a way to return to the normal position manually. Because limitation had been blocked, therefore operator must be particular careful.
2. CNC limit switch is for protecting machine, if remove it, cnc router machine could not go back to mechanical origin. Meanwhile, work origin will be lost, and work piece may scrap.
So, if touch limit switch, we can take down XYZ limit signal data line, where is on the DCCU.
3. Or when touch limit switch, remove cnc engraver from limit position, and get back to work area.
Cnc machine could not work until the recovery of limit switch.
4. In unusual situation, if we don't know why touch limit switch, maybe there are something wrong with the machine, or the limit switch had been broken.
It is better to contact with technical for repairing.
