No Power to CNC Router When Start

When starting, the situation of no power to CNC router is a very troublesome thing!

Cnc machine could not work, and cnc tools could not engrave as your demand!

After proceeding the following steps, we believe you can solve the situation of no power to cnc router yourself!

1. To Weihong control system, change the slot position in computer case, and re-install NC Studio software.

2. Check the data cables of DSP handle. See if exists the situation of merge needles.

3. Check if start button line is connected well, or start button burned out.

4. Examine if AC contactor is short circuit or burnt.

5. Whether EMS (emergency stop switch) is powered on.

6. If fuse blew out.

7. Check whether the power supply is damaged or the power line is broken.

See if the cabling in wiring board is right, or air plugs are in correct connection.

8. Unsteady electricity voltage may also result in no power to cnc router.

We recommend installing voltage regulator accordingly.
