Ⅱ. Working Part
All structures of CNC router engraving bits are made of clamping part and working part.
Today we introduce the second section - working portion.
1. Function:
Produce and treat with chips.
2. Structural elements of cnc router engraving bits:
Cnc cutting blade, the formation to break or wind up borings, the space for removing or storing chippings, cutting fluid channels, etc.
3. Types:
(1) Some diamond tools:
Work area is the cutting part.
Such as diamond tools, turning tool, cnc router bits, plane cutter, ball nose endmill, boring cutter, single flute cutters, and so on.
(2) Some other router engraving bits:
Work area includes machining part and calibration section.
For example, drills, expanding auger, reamer, internal surface broach, screw tap, etc.
(3) Their respective actions:
① Processing portion -
Cut off chips.
② Calibration portion -
Sleek finished surface, and guide cnc router engraving bits.
