    Use Notice of Router Spindle

    Use Notice of Router Spindle

     

    In order to use router spindle more stable and in longer-time,

    Please pay attention to the following use notice of router spindle:

     

    1.   Router spindle should be formed a complete set with frequency converter:

    Converter parameters should match to the rated parameter of router spindle;

    If not correct, cnc router spindle will be burned;

     

    2.    Before use, insure the water cycle in operative condition;

    (1)  Use router spindle only under cooling condition;

    (2)  Cooling water as calculated 1L/KW per minute, the lowest flow of cooling water should not less than 5L/MIN;

    (3)  The connection between cooling water pipe and motor cooling nozzle must be reliable, and non-disclosure;

     

    3.    Coolant:

    (1)  Coolant must be:

    Clean, no greasy and no impurities;

    (2)  Temperature control:

    ①   Keep the temperature 5℃~30℃;

    ②   When environment temperature is higher than 30℃, the cooling medium must be cooled forcefully;

    ③   For high-precision cnc router, the coolant temperature should be kept around 20℃;

    (3)  Coolant maintenance: should be changed regularly;

    (4)  Use notice:

    ①   To water cooled spindle, should use the pure water and add corrosion resistant fluids;

    ②   If with running water, it's easy to produce scale deposit, and block spindle sleeve;

    ③   If with dirty coolant, it's easy to block spindle waterway and heat emission, damage bearing, make noise and affect precision;

     

    4.   Router spindle on the first use:

    (1)  Running-in first:

    During the save or transport process, because the high-speed grease (inside the bearing) state would be changed, so on the first use, it's better to adjust router spindle from lowest speed;

    (2)  Running-in process:

    ①   Start from the lowest speed;

    ②   After 30 minutes, step every grade by 3000 rotate;

    ③   Each grade is adjusted by 20 minutes;

    ④   If without running-in process, it will cause noise, heat and other anomalies, and affect bearing service life;

     

    5.   When router spindle clamp woodworking router bits:

    (1)  First, must clean cutting tools, router collet, screw nut and inner conic hole, so as not to affect precision;

    (2)  The length which the tool holder insert into the router collet, must be greater than 15mm;

     

    6.   Warm notice:

    (1)  During machining, if router spindle stop rotating or cause smell, cut off the power immediately, and check if the stator coil is broken;

    (2)  The machine spindle has to stopped rotating completely and then change end mill cutter accordingly;

    Or it will break the broach structure and router spindle;

    (3)  If stop router spindle for a long time, should:

    ①   Dry cnc spindle with compressed air;

    ②   Router spindle must be idling at least 2 hours before it can be used again;
