What Should We Note Before CNC Machining Process

To cnc router cutting machine, what should we note before CNC machining process?

1. Keep worktable clean -

Before cnc machine process, we should ensure no sundries on cnc worktable, such as iron filings, so as not to affect workpiece surface precision.

2. Reasonable choice -

It includes stone carving tools, cutting parameters, router collets, cutting fluid, etc.

3. Correct clamping -

(1) Fully consider the clamping length of solid carbide cutters.

(2) Tighten work piece, for fear of the situation in cnc machining process that,

① Process material moves;

② Spindle head or diamond bits touches workpiece or pressing plate;

③ Accidents occur.

4. Establish origin -

(1) First of all, be familiar with processing technology.

(2) According to actual work demand, set up origin of coordinates before cnc machining process.
