Why CNC Router Z Axis Not Lift
Some customers reflect such problem: while x axis travells to one segment, CNC router z axis not lift, even move downwards under the "upwards" command, leading to damage process materials.
Why cnc router z axis not lift, how to solve it?
1. Check if the motor in cnc router z axis runs normally.
Examine power, driver current and the fault of cnc router z axis itself.
2. Check up whether motor wiring in cnc router z axis is in good connection or has discontinuous situation.
3. The control card has a failure.
4. If lifting distance of spiral router bit is set right.
Modern computers are easy to be attacked by virus or trojan-horse programs. Therefore, we have to reinstall system when computer is completely down. If cnc router machine software is installed in C disk, the software will be lost and have to install again.
After installed software, we need to adjust some datas in it, because all the parameters inside are default and original.
One of them is lifting distance. If we don't change the original data "0", will appear the situation of cnc router z axis not lift.
Normally, modify it to 5-10 is ok. Thus, cnc router z axis will engrave by this value, and not break materials. Then we can reduct unnecessary loss.
