Flat‑Bottom Stone Router Bit

Brazed diamond flat‑bottom router bit for CNC stone slab bottom‑milling and cutting. Ideal for marble, bluestone, sandstone stone flattening work.

Our brazed diamond stone bottom‑milling & cutting router bit adopts vacuum brazing metallurgical technology. Diamond grains are firmly fused into tool substrate, delivering fast cutting speed and clean milling surface for soft stone processing.

APPLICABLE MATERIALS

Marble, Bluestone, Sandstone Processing Method: Bottom‑Milling & Cutting

NOTE: For granite hard‑stone processing, please select sintered diamond bits instead.

BIT HEAD FEATURE

Diamond particles are metallurgically bonded into bit substrate by vacuum brazing process. Sharp cutting edge, outstanding wear‑resistance for long‑time continuous CNC stone milling work.

HOW TO SELECT YOUR ROUTER BIT

Tip Diameter

Within precision requirements, choose the largest feasible tip diameter. Smaller tip brings finer details but reduces tool lifespan & raises processing cost.

Shank Diameter Selection Guide

  • Milling depth within 20 mm: 6 mm shank recommended
  • Milling depth 20‑30 mm: 8 mm shank recommended
  • Milling depth 30‑50 mm: 10 mm shank recommended
  • Milling depth 50‑80 mm: 12 mm shank recommended

For Cutting Operation

Select shank diameter according to spindle load and cutting resistance. Flat‑end bit is preferred for general cutting jobs. Ball‑nose flat bit for superior bottom‑surface finish.

KEY ADVANTAGES

✅ Vacuum brazed metallurgical bonding for firm diamond retention
