⚠️ Important Operating Instructions
1. Correct Tool Mounting
This round carving bit has an overall long length. Ensure full and correct clamping during tool setup. Tiny misalignment will cause obvious centrifugal deviation at tip, leading to tool damage or personal injury. Rotate tool manually after clamping to check concentricity. Contact our support if deviation persists.

2. Spindle Speed Requirement
Recommended spindle speed: around 18000 RPM, do not over‑speed.

3. Clean or Replace Collet & Nut
Long carving bits require high concentricity. Clean collet gaps, nut threads and spindle interior before every use to remove dust particles. Replace worn‑out collet or nut when necessary to maintain good concentricity.
