Standard Carbide PCB Drills

Our Standard Carbide PCB Drills are tungsten carbide micro drills with 0.10–6.50mm cutting diameter and fixed 3.175mm shank. They deliver stable precision hole-making for printed circuit boards, bakelite, ceramic, acrylic and non-ferrous metals for PCB drilling machines, CNC and engraving equipment.

Our Standard Carbide PCB Drills are industrial cutting tools made of fine-grain tungsten carbide cobalt alloy, featuring high hardness, excellent wear resistance, high strength, bending resistance and long service life.

Specifications:

  • Cutting diameter: 0.10–6.50mm, with 0.05mm increment.
  • Shank diameter: 3.175mm, overall length: 38mm.
  • Shank material: HSS shank for 0.10–3.175mm, tungsten carbide shank for 3.20–6.50mm.
  • Compatible equipment: PCB drilling machines, engravers, CNC and other high-precision drilling equipment.
  • Processing materials: Printed circuit boards, bakelite, plastic, amber, ceramic, pearl shell, acrylic, gold, silver, copper, iron and other precision workpieces.

Product Features

  1. Large chip removal flute: Low chip resistance, smooth evacuation, less heat buildup and reduced drilling contamination.
  2. Sharp cutting edges: Manufactured with nano technology and advanced grinding processes to lower cutting force, reduce breakage rate and improve hole wall quality.
  3. Application-oriented design: Rich size range, core thickness and taper optimized for diverse drilling demands.
  4. Symmetrical cutting edges: Ensures efficient cutting and prevents hole deviation.

Important Warnings

  1. These Standard Carbide PCB Drills are highly professional tools, only for high-precision industrial equipment under professional operation. Using them on bench drills, hand drills or touching cutting edges may cause breakage. Wear protective gear when handling.
  2. Tools may pop out if the box is opened improperly.
  3. Use box openers and safety goggles.
  4. Never touch the cutting edge to avoid cuts.
