- Hardly Forms Steps, Excellent Carving Effect The carved finished product is close to the ideal state, helping you sell works at higher prices.
- Maintains Continuous Sharpness, Higher Carving Efficiency Supports faster processing requirements, reduces carving costs and creates more value.
- Resistant to Tool Breakage, More Reliable Adopted reinforced alloy steel tool body with thickened anti-break design to greatly reduce the risk of tool breakage.
Applicable Materials
Carving Method: Relief Suitable for Bluestone, Granite, Sandstone.
Usage Notes
Please read carefully and use as required!
Usage Note: This tool is NOT suitable for single-line cutting paths. If relief work needs contour cutting or outer frame single-line cutting paths, finish cutting with sintered bit first, then use this composite vacuum brazed bit for small step-over relief carving.
Cutter Selection Guide
How to select the proper relief carving bit Three critical dimensions of the cutting tool: Shank Diameter, Tip Size, Cutting Length
About Shank Diameter
Shank diameter selection focuses on reasonable tool body strength to prevent breakage. Generally, shank diameter ≥12mm is mainstream for relief carving. For relief depth over 20mm, 12mm shank is preferred. If your engraving machine performs well for high-speed running, choose larger shank diameter to match high-speed processing.
About Tip Size
Under the premise of meeting carving precision requirements, select the largest possible tip size. Larger tip brings longer tool life. For example, if a 6mm tip meets precision demand for large relief work, avoid 4mm small tip.
About Cutting Length
Select cutting length with allowance based on stone flatness and carving depth to prevent shank abrasion. For instance, choose 30mm cutting length for 26mm carving depth.
