Recommended CNC Parameters for Granite Engraving
- Spindle Speed: 24000 r/min
- Cutting Feed Rate: 3000 mm/min
- Z-axis Plunge Speed: 100 mm/min
- Feed Ratio: 50%-60%
- Single Cutting Depth: ≤1.5mm. For deep carving, use layered cutting.
Note: The parameters are for reference only. Adjust according to stone hardness, font and carving depth.
Usage Notes
- Do not carve small letters once the tip wears and becomes thick, to avoid blurry words.
- When carving large characters, set tool library and tool path according to actual worn tip dimension.
