✅ Applicable Materials: MDF, particle board, calcium silicate board, plywood, ecological board, Laminate board, solid wood board

Note: For zero-sand finishing, 3-flute or more cutters are recommended.

✅ Compatible Machines: CNC machine, engraving machine, hanging router

✅ Recommended Machining Parameters

  • Feed speed: 8–12 m/min
  • Spindle speed: 18000–22000 RPM

✅ Operation Guide

  1. This woodworking router bit is designed for handheld and bench CNC engraving machines. Not suitable for electric drills or drill presses.
  2. Suitable for hardwood, softwood and composite boards. Do NOT cut metal, sand or stone materials.
  3. Use matched high-quality collets. Replace worn, out-of-round or tapered collets to avoid vibration or shank breaking.
  4. Fully insert the shank into the collet and fasten tightly. Partial clamping will cause shank fracture.
  5. Stop the machine immediately if runout occurs, re-clamp the tool properly.
  6. Wear eye and ear protection during operation. Keep clothes and body away from rotating cutter.

✅ Tool Maintenance

  1. Clean resin and wood chips after use with industrial solvent.
  2. Apply thin machine oil to prevent rust; clean shank to avoid slipping.
  3. Do not regrind or modify the cutter arbitrarily, improper grinding will cause edge chipping.

✅ Troubleshooting Reference

  • Cutter breakage: Reduce feed rate, shorten tool overhang, check collet and spindle tightness, reduce cutting depth
  • Cutting edge chipping: Adopt climb milling, improve workpiece fixing, adjust cutting parameters
  • Rapid edge wear: Check matched material, adjust spindle speed and feed speed
  • Poor surface finish: Increase spindle speed, replace worn cutter, add cooling, reduce tool overhang
